The Elco Lighting E42FB-1530D is a 4" Koto Sylo™ Surface Mount LED fixture designed for residential and light commercial ceiling installations on 3½" and 4" octagon or round junction boxes. Rated at 10.5W at 3000K with CRI 95 and a 38° beam angle, it dims via Triac/ELV on 120V with a high-efficiency driver (PF >0.9). ETL listed for damp locations, Energy Star certified, and California Title 24 JA8-2019 compliant with a 50,000-hour L70 rated life; the twist-on toolless module design simplifies maintenance and lens swaps.
