FREE SHIPPING — Lutron Orders $199+ | All Other Brands $500+

We offer free ground shipping on most orders. Lutron products ship free on orders of $199 or more. All other brands ship free on orders of $500 or more. Exclusions apply to items requiring LTL Freight (typically oversized fixtures) and unusually bulky items, which carry associated shipping charges. When Will My Order Ship?

Depending on what you order, your item may be on one of our warehouse shelves or shipping directly from the manufacturer. Each product page shows the expected ship date. After your order is placed, we'll confirm the ship date within 24-48 hours by email. When your order ships, you'll receive carrier and tracking information.

How Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and arrive within 1-10 business days. Larger freight items ship via truck with curbside delivery and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule.
