Payments

If your order is on backorder or partially on a backorder, we will contact you with an estimated date of delivery and see if you'd like to keep the order or cancel it. Yes, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.

Once the item has been returned and inspected, your account will be credited within 3-5 business days. Shipping

Orders within the continental United States are eligible for free shipping when orders total $500 or more. Orders below this amount will incur a small order handling fee of $35. Hawaii and Alaska customers must reach out to our support team to obtain a freight cost quote prior to placing their orders as additional charges may apply due to the distances involved in this type of shipping. International orders must also contact our support team to receive a freight cost quote prior to placing their order.

Return
