The Elco Lighting E42FW-1130D-EM is a 4" Koto Sylo™ LED Pendant with integrated battery backup, designed for surface-mount installation over 3½" and 4" octagon or round junction boxes where emergency egress compliance is required. Rated 5–29W with output ranging from 350–3000 lumens, the fixture delivers 1,150 lumens at 3000K and a 38° beam angle, with Triac/ELV dimming on 120V and CRI 95. ETL Listed for Damp Locations, Energy Star Certified, and California Title 24 JA8-2019 compliant with a rated 50,000-hour lifespan. All White finish.
