The Wattstopper DT-305-U is a low-voltage ceiling-mount dual-technology occupancy sensor operating at 18–28 VDC/VAC with 360° coverage up to 1,000 sq ft at mounting heights of 8–12 ft, designed for commercial ceiling tile, 4-in octagonal J-box, or surface installation. It combines PIR and 40 kHz ultrasonic detection with patented ultrasonic diffusion technology for broader area coverage, uses a plug-terminal wiring system for fast installation, and supports adjustable time delay and light level sensing. DLC qualified; listed to UL, cUL; BAA/TAA compliant; USA manufactured; 5-year warranty.
