The Lutron Maestro WMS-A102-WH is a single-circuit, dual-technology occupancy sensor switch for commercial and institutional spaces requiring automatic on/off or manual-on/auto-off lighting control. Lutron's exclusive XCT Technology enables four levels of motion detection across a 180° field-of-view with up to 900 ft² major motion coverage, with independently adjustable PIR and ultrasonic sensitivity and a selectable timeout of 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes per circuit. Ambient Light Detect (ALD) supports adaptive learning and fixed threshold modes; no neutral wire is required, and the switch is compatible with all load types including LED, CFL, ELV, MLV, and fluorescent. White finish. TAA compliant.
