The RAB Lighting RAIL400/PIR is a 400W LED high bay engineered for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and large commercial spaces where passive infrared occupancy sensing drives energy savings. Delivering 54,007 lumens at 5000K with a 140.26 lm/W efficacy, the onboard PIR sensor provides automatic dimming and shutoff based on occupancy without additional control hardware. DLC listed (S-B6PLJ4), TAA compliant, and rated for 100,000 hours on 120–277V constant current. White/Aluminum finish.
