The RAB Lighting RAIL400/MVS is a 400W LED high bay suited for warehouses, industrial facilities, and large commercial interiors where occupancy-based dimming reduces energy consumption. Delivering 54,007 lumens at 5000K with a 140.26 lm/W efficacy, the integrated MVS sensor provides motion/vacancy detection for automatic dimming and shutoff without additional controls wiring. DLC listed (S-B6PLJ4), TAA compliant, and rated for 100,000 hours on 120–277V constant current. White/Aluminum finish.
