The Lutron Skylark SFS-5EH-IV is a single-pole, slide-to-off variable fan speed control rated at 5A, 120V for use with solid-state ceiling paddle fans and exhaust fans in residential and light commercial applications. A mechanical slide raises and lowers fan speed continuously, with a built-in airgap that fully disconnects power at the off position — no neutral wire required. Not compatible with 3-speed ceiling paddle fans or fans with proprietary remotes. Gloss ivory finish; wire lead installation.
