The Lutron Skylark SFSQ-FH-BL is a 1.5A quiet 3-speed fan speed control for single ceiling paddle fans, packaged in clamshell retail packaging for residential and light commercial installations on 120V. A linear slider selects Low, Medium, or High speeds with motor-hum-free operation, while a rocker switch provides on/off control with no neutral wire required. Compatible with single-pole or 3-way wiring configurations; not for use with fans equipped with proprietary remotes. Black gloss finish; pairs with Lutron Claro wall plates (sold separately).
