The Lutron Nova NLV-1500-BR is a 1500VA (1200W) magnetic low-voltage dimmer in brown, suited for single-pole control of higher-capacity magnetic low-voltage and neon/cold cathode loads on 120V circuits. The slide control provides smooth dimming with voltage compensation for stable light levels under line variations, and a mechanical air-gap disconnects load power for safe servicing. Fits a standard 1-gang backbox; requires a large wallplate and heat sink behind the plate. Coordinating wallplate included.
