The Lutron Maestro WMS-A102-V-WH is a single-circuit, dual-technology vacancy sensor switch designed for offices, conference rooms, and commercial spaces requiring manual-on/auto-off control. Lutron's exclusive XCT Technology provides four levels of motion detection — major, minor, fine, and very fine — across a 180° field-of-view with up to 900 ft² coverage, while independent PIR and ultrasonic sensitivity adjustments minimize false triggers. Ambient Light Detect (ALD) supports both a learning adaptive mode and fixed threshold settings; no neutral wire is required, and the switch is compatible with all load types including LED, CFL, ELV, MLV, and fluorescent. White finish. TAA compliant.
