The Lutron Maestro WMS-A102-V-WTBU is the bulk-packaged version of the single-circuit, dual-technology vacancy sensor switch suited for large commercial installations requiring manual-on/auto-off occupancy control. Lutron's exclusive XCT Technology delivers four levels of motion detection across a 180° field-of-view with up to 900 ft² coverage, with independently adjustable PIR and ultrasonic sensitivity for reliable performance in challenging environments. Ambient Light Detect (ALD) offers both a learning adaptive mode and fixed threshold settings; no neutral wire is required, and the device supports all load types including LED, CFL, ELV, MLV, and fluorescent. White finish. TAA compliant.
