The Lutron Maestro WMS-A102-WTBU is the bulk-packaged version of the single-circuit, dual-technology occupancy sensor switch for large-scale commercial installations requiring automatic or manual-on/auto-off lighting control. Lutron's exclusive XCT Technology provides four levels of motion detection across a 180° field-of-view with up to 900 ft² major motion coverage, with independently adjustable PIR and ultrasonic sensitivity and a selectable per-circuit timeout of 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes. Ambient Light Detect (ALD) supports adaptive learning and fixed threshold modes; no neutral wire is required, and the device is compatible with all load types including LED, CFL, ELV, MLV, and fluorescent. White finish. TAA compliant.
