The Lutron Maestro WMS-B102-V-IV is a single-circuit dual-technology vacancy sensor switch designed for commercial and residential applications requiring reliable, hands-free shutoff. Lutron's exclusive XCT Technology provides major, minor, fine, and very fine motion detection across a 180° field-of-view covering up to 900 ft² major motion and 400 ft² minor motion coverage. Dual Ambient Light Detect (ALD) modes — adaptive Learning and Fixed (Hi/Med/Low/Min thresholds) — prevent unnecessary switching, while adjustable timeout (1–30 min) and independent PIR/ultrasonic sensitivity settings suit diverse space types; compatible with incandescent, halogen, ELV, MLV, CFL, LED, and fluorescent loads. TAA compliant. Neutral connection required. Ivory finish.
