The Lutron UMS-OPS6-DDV-WH is a Maestro in-wall dual-circuit occupancy/vacancy sensing switch rated at 6A lighting and 4.4A fan motor, operating on 120–277V in a single-pole configuration for commercial spaces requiring independent control of two circuits from a single device. PIR-based detection with selectable occupancy or vacancy mode enables auto-on/auto-off or manual-on/auto-off operation to meet energy code requirements. BAA compliant. White finish.
