The Lutron C-Flex ELD4T8-2M30-12 is a 4 ft, 2-lamp T8 LED retrofit kit engineered for direct replacement of existing Lutron dimming ballasts and T8 lamps in commercial fluorescent fixtures — sold as a case of 12 kits. Each kit includes a pretested Lutron LED driver and two C-Flex LED lamps at 3000K / 80+ CRI, fully compatible with Lutron EcoSystem controls and dimming to 1%. Installation requires no rewiring, no ceiling access, and no permit — the driver shares the same form factor and wiring locations as the ballast it replaces. UL Listed; mercury-free with longer service life than fluorescent.
