The Lutron C-Flex 3LD4T8-2M40-12 is a T8 4 ft, 2-lamp ballast retrofit kit engineered for permit-free, no-rewire fluorescent-to-LED upgrades in commercial facilities that retain existing 3-wire control infrastructure. Each kit includes a Lutron LED driver and two C-Flex LED lamps at 4000K, pretested together to ensure driver-lamp compatibility and sustained performance.
