The Lutron C-Flex 3LD4T5H-1M40-24 is a T5HO 4 ft 1-lamp LED ballast retrofit kit built for permit-free, no-rewire commercial fluorescent upgrades in high-output fixture configurations. Each kit ships with one pretested Lutron LED driver and one C-Flex LED lamp at 4000K with 3-wire dimming control integrating directly into existing Lutron control systems. UL Listed and sold as a case of 24 kits.
