The Lutron C-Flex 3LD4T5H-1M30-24 is a T5HO 4 ft 1-lamp LED ballast retrofit kit engineered to replace high-output fluorescent lamps and ballasts in commercial fixtures without new wiring or ceiling disruption. Each kit includes one pretested Lutron LED driver and one C-Flex LED lamp at 3000K with 3-wire dimming control compatible with existing Lutron control hardware. UL Listed and sold as a case of 24 kits.
