The Lutron C-Flex ELD4T5H-1M40-24 is a T5HO 4 ft. 1-lamp LED retrofit kit sold as a case of 24, designed for direct 1:1 replacement of existing Lutron dimming ballasts and T5 High Output fluorescent lamps in commercial ceiling fixtures without rewiring or permit requirements. Each kit includes a Lutron EcoSystem-compatible LED driver and C-Flex LED lamp pretested for compatibility, delivering 4000K color temperature at 80+ CRI with 1% low-end dimming. UL Listed; mercury-free LED technology replaces T5HO fluorescent with no ceiling access or reprogramming of the existing control system required.
