The Lutron C-Flex 3LD4T5-2M35-12 is a T5 4 ft 2-lamp LED ballast retrofit kit that simplifies commercial fluorescent-to-LED conversions with no new wiring and no ceiling access required. Each kit contains one pretested Lutron LED driver and two C-Flex LED lamps at 3500K operating on 3-wire dimming control with existing Lutron systems. UL Listed and sold as a case of 12 kits.
