The Lutron C-Flex 3LD4T5-2M30-12 is a T5 4 ft 2-lamp LED ballast retrofit kit for commercial spaces requiring higher lumen output from existing fluorescent fixtures without new wiring or ceiling disruption. Each kit includes one pretested Lutron LED driver and two C-Flex LED lamps at 3000K with 3-wire dimming control compatible with existing Lutron control hardware. UL Listed and sold as a case of 12 kits.
