The Lutron C-Flex ELD4T5-2M40-12 is a T5 4 ft. 2-lamp LED retrofit kit sold as a case of 12, designed for direct 1:1 replacement of existing Lutron dimming ballasts and T5 fluorescent lamps in commercial ceiling fixtures without rewiring or permit requirements. Each kit includes one Lutron EcoSystem-compatible LED driver and two C-Flex LED lamps pretested for compatibility, delivering 4000K color temperature at 80+ CRI with 1% low-end dimming. UL Listed; mercury-free LED technology replaces fluorescent with no ceiling access or reprogramming of the existing control system required.
