The Lutron C-Flex 3LDHCF-2K40-12 is a 2-lamp horizontal compact fluorescent ballast retrofit kit that replaces CFL lamps and ballasts in commercial fixtures without new wiring or ceiling access. Each kit includes one pretested Lutron LED driver and two C-Flex LED lamps at 4000K with 3-wire control compatible with existing Lutron control systems and requiring no special programming. UL Listed; sold as a case of 12 two-lamp kits.
