- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, in original unopened packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
- All returns require prior authorization — email info@rocklighting.com before shipping anything back.
- Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
- No restocking fee when the problem is ours — damaged, defective, wrong item shipped, or an inaccurate listing.
