The Elco Lighting ESF427L3CT5BB is a 4" Ply Sylo™ LED surface mount fixture in black, suitable for residential and commercial ceiling installations on 3½" and 4" octagon or round junction boxes at 120V. It operates at 15W with selectable lumen output (1000/1500/2000 lm), field-selectable CCT (2700K–5000K), 90+ CRI, and 120V Triac/ELV dimming; the die-cast aluminum housing supports an integral emergency option up to 15W, and the fixture is ETL listed, ENERGY STAR certified, CA Title 24 and JA8-2022-E compliant, and rated for wet locations with a 50,000-hour L70 lifespan.
