The Elco Lighting EL1499RS is a 4" low voltage shallow remodel non-IC housing rated at 120V, designed to fit through a 4 1/4" ceiling cutout where plenum depth is restricted. An integral flange secures the fixture to the ceiling surface, four remodel clips accommodate varying ceiling thicknesses, and the junction box is listed for 90° supply wire. The integrated magnetic transformer powers a 12V MR16 GU/GX5.3 bi-pin lamp (not included); trims are sold separately.
