The Elco Lighting E4LFU08D2-EM1 is a 4-inch new construction plaster frame recessed housing with integrated driver and 90-minute emergency backup (Generation 2), built for commercial and residential applications on 120/277V where life-safety compliance is required. Supporting 0-10V/Triac/ELV dimming to 1% as well as Sunset and Lutron dimming protocols, it accommodates LED light engines ranging from 850 lm to 3000 lm; the LED light engine is sold separately. Constructed from 16-gauge galvanized steel, it is cULus listed for damp locations and carries a 5-year limited warranty; Gen 2 and Gen 1 housings are not cross-compatible.
