The Elco Lighting E400 is a 4-inch low-voltage recessed housing for use with remote transformers, designed to accept MR16 lamps via a GU5.3 Bi-Pin socket at 12V with a 35W maximum rating. The thermally protected housing is compatible with most 4-inch low-voltage trims (sold separately) and features two side clips to accommodate varying ceiling thicknesses. Intended for new construction or remodel installations where the transformer is located remotely.
