The Elco Lighting EL39LDICA-7 is a 3" new construction GU10 LED housing featuring single-wall IC construction for use in insulated ceilings at 120V. The housing includes a twist-and-lock GU10 MR16 lampholder with flicker-free LED dimming support; the GU10 LED lamp and trims are sold separately.
