Rated for 1.5A / 300W at 120V, the left slider delivers 3 quiet fan speeds (Low/Med/High) to eliminate motor hum, while the right slider dims incandescent/halogen loads up to 300W. No neutral required; compatible with Lutron Fassada wall plates (sold separately). Ivory gloss finish.
